At the end of a long day, there's really nothing more satisfying than knowing that there is yeast living in a bucket in your basement, farting out alcohol for you to drink.

EDIT: and by the way, you quoted me as saying if the controller looks 99% like the real one. The controller had the wrong color playstation button, so anyone could easily tell it was a fake. I don't think that counts as 99% like a real one. |

Another question. How is ordering a product that is supposed to be OEM, receiving the product and it not being oem, and then requesting a refund, looking for a handout? If I had received what I paid for then this would have never been an issue. Last edited by iFrenzy; 10-18-2011 at 08:13 AM.. Reason: grammar |

no i don't sell counterfeit items, but i won't sell on ebay because they side with whiney baby buyer who got a working ps3 controller for half of what it costs in most stores and isn't happy because the color of the button is wrong so they deserve it for free. guess what... it something costs half of what it normally costs and is from a seller in china...it's probably conterfeit. but you "don't care if they are real or not as long as they look 99% like the real ones, and work fine." right?

I'm still at a loss for how you guys think I "took advantage" of the situation. When I originally placed the order, I honestly took the listing at its word and thought I was getting an original OEM controller. I later suspected it could be counterfeit, but this was after the order had already shipped. At the point we are at now, I have a piece of shit controller, and he doesn't have anything, however for me to get the controller back to him, I would have to incur a $15 cost that would put me at a loss for $15 when I wasn't the one selling counterfeit products. Like I said, if he offered to pay for return shipping then I'd gladly send it back to him. If this sell had been on amazon, amazon would have paid for return shipping. It's not my fault that ebay doesn't force the seller to pay for you to return defective products. Trust me, I've been on the other side of the situation actually with a similar product. I sold an xbox 360 controller(an authentic one) one time and was screwed because a buyer said something was missing from the package which I know wasn't the case, and they just immediately sided with him and gave him my money back. I was pissed about it, but basically charged it to the game as I've been selling for years and that's only happened once. On the other hand, if I had sold a fake product, and they took my money I would not be the least bit surprised and would not even ask the buyer to resubmit the payment as I would know I was in the wrong. You guys are amazing. |
