Update: I completed it without entering a promo code, and was told they'd added the credits. yay Smilie

Then.... I checked my account and it says "You haven't earned any Plum Dollars yet. Refer your friends to earn Plum Dollars!" Boo Mad

the last box on the popup says

when you click the link given by the OP, a popup window of sorts appears that mentions the $10 credit so make sure you've got popups enabled.
