I saw this in person today at Fry's. The picture wasn't bad at all. All I watched on it was Blu Ray though. I can confirm though that it does convert 2D to 3D. Specs that I found online say that it has 100000:1 contrast ratio, 120Hz refresh rate,...maybe I'll just post it,but you can just as well find it yourself. It is funny that the Sigmac website proudly and prominently touts that it's American, but the TV says made in China. Unimportant, but funny. Don't know if it was mentioned, but it is passive 3D and includes 2 pair of glasses.

never heard of the brand either but when i went to frys looking for the 79.99 3d blu ray player today i seen someone return returning a sigmac tv and wondered wth brand that was. that must not be a good sign but then again the return could be for a number of different reasons.

dammit i HATE fry's deals! either come to the east coast or offer free shipping!!! why u killing me with all these low prices that i cant obtain?!?!?!? =[
