Do not mention Air & water supply, I didn't even notice that, shipping charge is immaterial to a price match. Just call them and tell them that Sears is selling this vacuum for $199 and they will do a quick look up do a price match and give 15% off. After that you can tell them that you got the 30% code Saving30 and you would like to apply that.
