Some stores put a "Try Me Free" tag on the Woolite Oxy Deep bottles, but the rebate form says all you have to do is make a purchase before Jan. 15, 2012. The rebate is good for up to $5.99.

The PDF print out will work. I believe they just mean original as in unaltered document in this case.

The printable PDF even states that the printed document is fine.

I found the Woolite Oxy at Walmart - had to check a couple though.
