I found the easiest way to get the 20% is to google drugstore.com and you should see a link for the 20% off for new customers. Click the link and start adding items to your cart and you should see the discount immediately.

This is a great product. I have used two similar models for several years but I wish I had started much earlier. Unfortunately I'm not a new customer to drugstore any more otherwise I would buy one at this price.

For discovercard 5% cashback: just recently I made two shoppings with the same browser and at the same time (almost). The one without coupon I received 5% cashback confirmation, but the other with coupon no confirmation at all.

I recalled before I made many with-coupon shoppings through shopdiscover, then checked the account but they don't show cashback. So I think automatic discount/coupon is OK for cashback but if you explicitly input a coupon code you may not get the cashback.
