I ordered 3 a long time ago, got the first gift card, but haven't got the other 2. I called into the amex prepaid and they transferred me to servicing department?? The guy told me it was only 1 gift card per person even if you ordered more than 1? Who did you call/what did you say to get the others ??

I called and they said because I did not get email offer. I actually like the card though. I don't do credit cards anymore due to interest and I am staying debt free.

I received the same message. However, a few days ago, I also received the attached offer from them by e-mail...not a bad consolation if you ask me Smilie
