yeah just pay the early termination fee. you'll go month to month with whatever plan you want to be in.

let me say it this way.

i keep the same contract that i upgraded for this phone(assume my contract is over, and eligible to upgrade), can i remove the data plan if i dont use this phone after one month? (use regular phone instead)
