Sorry if this has been answered before. Will an AT&T unlocked iPhone 4 work on this plan? What kind of speed will it get - does it depend on the limitation of iPhone 4 or the area where I'm (Boulder, CO)? Thanks.

Has anyone tried the 15% off (new customers) coupon, did it work?
Think you're in the wrong thread. And no, code doesn't work, haha.

My local walmart says They no longer do the $30 a month prepaid plan. Anyone else experienced this? Do they simply not know or are they trying to get me into one of the other Tmo plans?

I just signed up for this plan using an unlocked iphone 5 from the apple store. All I get is Edge speed - is there something I can do to at least get 3G?! Im in the Charlotte, NC area
Move to an area with refarmed 1900 spectrum, but otherwise some people have gotten the apple store to exchange their non AWS unlocked phones for the new AWS supporting ones.

As stated many times, the Vonage app seems to work well for most people. Note that it's only unlimited outgoing in the US. You do get to use your T-Mobile number though.

I think the walmart link is: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Tmobile...d/15443357

Can someone post the .99 cents activation link please ? The one in the wiki does not seem to work for me.

Thanks.

I've been looking for this too, but from what I can tell it's no longer available. There's only the regular/micro SIM activation kit ($10) or the Micro SIM Welcome Kit ($44).

The original link was h.ttp://prepaid-phones.t-mobile.com/prepaid-phone/T-Mobile-Micro-SIM-Welcome-Kit-No-Annual-Contract but that just forwards to the prepaid phones page now.

I recommend this deal for teens. I signed up last time it was active and it works fine. My son purchased a smart phone from Craigslist, stuck the T-Mobile sim in and is running.

Teens, these days, they text more than they talk, so it's the perfect plan.

The $0.99 discounted kit went away when the "no contract" plans came out. Doubt they will come back, but who knows?

thanks I rep you, but from the site I am reading this

T-Mobile $30 Wireless Airtime Card:

New T-Mobile Monthly4G $30 unlimited Web and text with 100 minutes of talk
Fund your Monthly4G or Pay As You Go plans
Exclusively at Walmart
No Annual Contract, 30-day Monthly4G plan
Terrific for Facebook, texting, games, and streaming music/video
Nationwide 4G Network
No Annual Contract

The $30 Unlimited Web & Text with 100 min talk plan works only with T-Mobile Phones purchased from a Walmart store or from Walmart.com.

so got confused.

here is link : http://www.walmart.com/ip/Tmobile...d/15443357

so I can use my phone just to to walmart and buy the sim card and top up $30 airtime and I am ready to go right?
