This is currently the cheapest price for Non Corrosive 7.62X39 ammo out there. I've looked and looked and have been waiting for months for a super slickdeal seems its not to be. So I've gone with this the best current price. With the rising costs of metals and the devaluing of the dollar(affects buying ammo made overseas) this might be the best price for awhile. In a sealed spam can which is a plus(unless you open it up to find some rocks inside instead of ammo) This is 25% cheaper then current Wolf prices.

"Special Purchase at this price, equal to $196.80/1000 plus you get hermetically sealed cans for long term storage

New production, Non-corrosive Russian 7.62x39 Ammo packed in 20 round boxes, 640 rounds per sealed spam can. Made by Ulyanovsk. Each can comes with a can opener tool in every box."

Cheapest I've seen lately is the corrosive Yugo surplus that some places like AIM have. But with shipping taken into account, this stuff was actually a couple bucks cheaper for me.

As far as SGAmmo, done business with them before, never an issue. They have the best prices for LE 50 round boxes of SD ammo in 9mm I've seen. And their shipping is always decent, price and time wise.

In 4 1, thanks OP, repped and TU.

$278 divided by 1280 = .217 cents
.22 cents / round to be technical... you can get the same deal more or less by buying half the quantity.

TU and repped though for 2A!

How is it badass? the only thing cool about it is the newspapers the rounds are wrapped around.

That does NOT include shipping, So that's not the price, Shipping is always a major factor in ammo because of the weight. Also their website is very poorly implemented. You cant see the shipping amount until after you put in your full info + CC and even then the the page was creating errors on firefox.

So call them for a price beforehand, a telephone call isn't very expensive. They are very reputable and I have found MANY deals there. I was buying cracked stock SKS's for 89.00 a piece just 3 years ago.

It's bad ass to me because it resembles military spec ammunition. And the sealed can means I can store it in my basement without the humidity getting to it. What's it to you?? And if opened your eyes, you'd see that they are wrapped in stapled cardboard, (which many companies do nowadays), not newspaper.shake head

The company does sell older surplus in that chamber. Link below. Comes out to ~19 cents a round. I'm not familiar with 7.62x54 so I don't know if that's good or not...
