Xbox live account hacked

I farking hate Microsofts Live website. I'll never understand why XBots have such a hard-on for Live.

I paid for it but don't think its nearly worth it and then you can't turn off auto-renew or remove your credit card from the online website? What a farking joke.

They just change your xbox live accounts email for a month while they do their investigation. Once you get that email/username change you need to recover your gamertag with it.

They spent 80$, I got back 55$ of it the other 25$ i need to have my bank get back. Yea I keep my tag, tonight i'm going to go in and change my email for my account off of their temporary one.

Yeah, I bitched at the supervisor for about half an hour telling them that a 7 day min wait time was unacceptable and 25 days was pure stupidity. That when all my points are cleared out on one day from a source that's never had my gamertag, it's pretty fckin obvious where the problem is and what to do.

When they said they comp XBL lost time, I said, "no, you need to comp the actual value. I bought this game at full price when it was released. By making me wait a month to play it, I could probably find a deal to save at least $20."

All she kept telling me was to give feedback through a form on the site...

People are too busy working for more money so they can pay way too much for games and DLC for the CoD series to have time to think about hacking it.
