Batman Arkham City Thread...

picked up the game today and got my $30GC (which will go towards BF3 next week )

aside from catwoman code how can I go about getting other skins for batman? Any other good stuff out there? Afraid to go through this thread to accidentally read up on stuff I don't want to know about.

Anyways, some PC news.. Release date is officially Nov 15th US, Nov 18th EU for the PC version. They'll release final recommended specs within the next few days. Also, the steam page for Arkham City [steampowered.com] is up and it looks like it's got full steamworks support (cloud saves+achievements) without a single mention of GFWL (Securom is listed as 3rd party DRM). This most likely means that at least the Steam version won't be using GFWL

It's funny cuz I sat on Arkham Asylum forever without playing it. I just played and beat it a few months ago. I should have waited and played them b2b.

Most PC games have 360 controller support. I just plug a wired 360 controller in with no problems. Arkham Asylum on PC worked the same way.

I just won a free copy of the PS3 version from my local BX....to bad my PS3 isn't reading blurays....

Got my copy with $30 coupon towards UC3 tonight.

Was hoping to get some decent time in on it but then got met with the following

1) Download and install day 1 update
2) Mandatory install to HD
3) Download and install of Catwoman content

I can't play until November 18th...FML...

Joystiq [joystiq.com] is reporting that many gamers are posting on the B:AC forum that some received their copies missing DLC codes, getting double of the same DLC code, and getting DLC code sheets totally blank.

luckily my copy came fine with the catwoman code.

Logged about 5 consecutive hours last night. I am completely enamored with this fame so far. Gameplay, story, graphics....all awesome so far.

And only 9% done with the storyline so far. Snuck a peak at some achievements/trophies and found one in particular to be very very cool......go look up "paying your respects". The music and the scene actually hit an emotional note for me. (No I did not cry!) LOL.will be hating work more than usual today.

I was lucky, bought a BB game came with Catwoman and Robin codes plus some other movie download. Let me say that playing ask Robin and or as Catwoman is amazing. You imagine Batman is insanely fast in combat well Robin is faster hits hard, Catwoman is even faster. I can only pray they add Joker to the mix. Whatever money they want I will pay. Not sure if anyone has found it yet but they even have a side scrolling missing,
