National Cruise Vacation Week
This week October 17th through October 23rd, the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), is hosting/ coordinating a week of great cruise fares.
They are coordinating with all of the major (and several minor) cruise lines (Carnival, NCL, Celebrity, etc...) to offer additional cashback, onboard credit and free upgrades.

OR, you can go directly onto a major cruise line website and book a cruise that is advertising a special national cruise vacation week special. For instance I checked Carnival's site and they show a special rate with onboard credit for selecting the NCVW special.
