yes all of the "deal of the week" sales are for xbox live gold members only. if you have a 1-month gold card laying around you could use that but the 48 hour gold trial cards don't count towards these sales. i will add this to the OP

I don't know. I thought all those games would be on sale, but it looks like only a few are. Very disappointing.

Very fun game for getting into the Dead Rising series. I started playing it for a few weekends with a friend then we both ended up getting Dead Rising 2, and now Off the record.
