I was just there a couple weekends ago. I booked a room at the Venetian through priceline but during check in I requested a room at the Palazzo tower and they gave it to me. So I think the customer service is still pretty good?

With Venetian the gals who serve alcohol in the casinos have freaking attitude....the $20 trick never works! They have started pushing in more incense in the hallways lately!! The rooms are not clean....

I got a room at the Palazzo using the $20 trick? Also got high floor (40th) with strip view and free passes to Lavo when I asked.

Some of the Venetian rooms are updated too. But some are not. Depends which tower in the Venetian you get, Venezia or Bella. Obviously, all the Palazzo ones are updated cuz it's so new, so can't go wrong there. But any room at either one is huge and extremely nice.

U can earn priority club points at the palazzo too!

If youre looking to hit up Tao night club, just call the concierge desk and ask to be placed on the resident guest list. I forget what time you have to be there by but you skip the regular line and get in very quickly. Just get the wrist stamp and you'll be able to go in and out whenever you like!

The only place I've stayed in Vegas. I think the prices are always this low during the off season (dates listed). Don't forget $20 a night fee!
