I got this case a week or so ago when it was going for 7 or so dollars. Doesn't fit greatly. Feel like its going to slip out of touchpad.

I just ordered a black one. Lets hope they addressed the power issue. I believe this dealer actually posted on SD about the redesign issues. I wonder if we will hear from them again.

Is there anything preventing me from tracing over the power button w/a sharpie (with case on of course) then removing the case and cutting it out with an exacto?

I can't believe the seller would actually say that. I have this case. The power button and volume key issue is really not that big deal. The keys are a little off, but there is enough room and it won't press the buttons all the time like someone said.
I think this is the beginning of the end of the touchpad frenziness.

I ordered this one [amazon.com] a days ago. Looks the same but I think they are different companies. The one I received is a nice and snug fit. It is also clear.
