Just to let you guys know, I installed the mic drivers and when running Talking Tom I got the machine gun problem. It's really best to wait for an official nightly that has the mic problems sorted out.

..![]() Mine FC's all the time, but I still love it.. Just waiting patiently for a new stable build. I use mine so much more now that I bought some cheap stylus's. Ok so I play a lot of Drawsomething, don't judge me.

Can someone answer a question for me please? I am sure the answer is here somewhere but I can't find it. I am going to sell my Touchpad that has Android on it. How do I remove all of my information, apps, etc without removing the Android system/files, whatever? My guess is going to backup and reset then "factory data reset"... but will that force the person who is buying it to reinstall CM 9? Again I'm sure this has been answered but I can't find it. Thanks!

You may be right about waiting for an official mic driver release. ![]()
I have done all the cache things and to make a long story short, I wiped everything out including Android itself. I did a brand new install and it worked fine. I did not restore all my apps, just in case. As soon as I installed the latest mic drivers and started using it, the reboot problems returned. Although I don't know why it reboots, I do know that it has nothing to do with any of my apps or my data or my Android OS. It is either the driver itself, or the speaktoit assistant that provokes it, or a combination of both. I have no choice but to go with the test mic drivers for now, as they do allow me to use Skype and the Easy Voice Recorder. None of the other voice programs that I have tried, will work. |

I would wipe CM9 right out and reinstall it again. While I had the TP hooked up tp my PC for setting up the installation, I would scour through there and make sure that none of my personal data was in there, ie: pictures, music, documents, etc. It only takes 30 minutes to uninstall and reinstall CM9, and that way, I would feel 100% confident that all my personal data was removed. |
