Rocky, thanks again for everything, just updated to the newest nightly and everything works perfectly. One question, using antutu cpu like yours as well, min at 192 and max at 1780 something are the correct settings?

That's exactly how one normally sets it. I hadn't even noticed that my min was set at 384 MHz and I have no idea if it helps or not, but I do know that clocking it up to 1.8, makes the whole machine faster and smoother.

And... Let's go the other way, shall we?

For me, it's simple.
Get a zillion apps for webOs and it's the best touch OS around.
The solution would be to have an emulator that allows it to run Android apps.
If that were so, I'd be seriously excited.

Reinstalling everything seems to have stopped the humming noise, but now I have an equally annoying problem. The vibrate when typing and keyboard sounds will not turn off no matter what setting I have it on. I have restarted, even changed out nightlies and it wont stop.

If your settings are the same as in the screenshot and it still vibrates, then the only thing left to try is to flash a different nightly.

Thank you very much for all your help. I flashed a different nightly and that didn't do it. So I completely removed CM9 again and put back on the 9/23 and it still does it. I don't think it is the version, since I had both the 9/23 and 9/30 on before and was able to turn that setting off. Something must have happened to the touchpad. I will just get used to it, and as long as my battery doesn't drain too bad let it go for now.

It's my bad.
I forgot about some settings.
Open an internet page and tap the url to bring out your keyboard.
At the bottom right hand side, there is a key for settings. Tap it and then tap "Android Keyboard Settings", then you'll see the "Vibrate on keypress". Uncheck it and you'll be in business.

Thank you! I think I did this the very first time but forgot about those settings. This forum has been fantastic!

I modified my build prop trying to get Horn during Google's $.25 sale (never know when you will get a compatible tablet) but now that it's over, is there any harm leaving the modded build prop on the TP the way it is or should I moved my backup back into system folder?

Wish we could run Plants Vs Zombies on the Touchpad....Play says my device isn't compatible.

Any update on the JellyBean conversion for TP?

I used the 10-02 build yesterday to test.

Wifi works, bluetooth works.

Mic does not work, no hardware acceleration so videos don't play in youtube, netflix, hulu plus etc. Did not test too extensively.

Google Now is on there, but with a non-working microphone, kind of useless overall.

It's relatively smooth though (for not having hardware acceleration anyway).

It'll need more time.

I side loaded Plants vs Zombies on my TP and it works fine or you can dl from Amazon. VERY addictive game btw.
