The Tobacco Opinion Board

Is anyone a panelist of this group? I didn't find a thread which I thought was unusual....

I just received a survey for 3 pts ($3) which has put me over the minimum cash out of $10; however, I am unable to cash out since the field on the address page is not recognizing the postal code. Mad

The technical support link on their site is not working but I did reply to the original invite.

This is rather frustrating. Head Bang

Been stuck at 9 points for the longest time. I just tried to log in and I can't even access the site.

EDIT: Just finished the 3 point survey and tried to cash out and having the same issue. It looks like they are asking for a Canadian zip code?
(1) This postal code does not appear to be in a valid format. The valid format is A1A 1A1

Yup - I've been stuck on the 9 pts forever and finally got a 3 pt today and can't cash out. That's not cool that you can't access the site... Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

The problem has been fixed! You might want to log in and try again. I was able to cash out. Make sure to check your email afterwards, They'll send a confirmation email where they ask you to reply to it with your info so they can mail the check.

You have successfully redeemed 10 points. Your information is being processed, and you will be receiving a check for $10.00 by US Mail in the next 2-4 weeks.

Finally able to cash out! Thanks for the reminder Blackraven.

It's unfortunate they couldn't get their address fields working on their site as opposed to responding to the email with your mailing address. Sounds like lots of extra work for them. EEK!

I cashed out on 10/25 and received the check on 11/3. In addition, I have two other $10 checks on their way from December which I have not seen yet.

Also remember this week and next week are holiday weeks so sometimes mail is slow. And also I use Foxfire for this site. IE9 doesn't work with this site.
