This will work (voice and 2g data) for any GSM carrier (att, t-mobile, etc).
Note, however, it will not work for T-mobile US 3G/4G/etc as this does not support T-Mobile US 3G frequency (aws 1700/2100) and it is a hardware limitation (no rom/etc will enable t-mobile 3G). If you buy this to use on t-mobile, voice and data will work, but you will be limited to Edge data speeds.
(for more info, T-Mobile US uses frequency 1700 (up) AND 2100 (down) [wikipedia.org], where as this phone supports 900/1900/2100 . In order for a phone to support t-mobile us 3g, it must support both 1700 and 2100.

If it's unlocked as they claim, they it should work on T-mobile as well as AT&T
