The Email address must be new to their mailing list - they change up the song offering a couple of times a year.

After you sign up & hit submit, a new page upons up and you are invited to click on a spot to begin the download. The Dowload does not automatically oipen iTunes, so I imagine it's a folder you should drag and drop INTO iTunes to get them loaded there.
