The barcode becomes VOID when you use gmail print button. You need to print immediately as soon as you read the email as the barcode is a hosted image that can only be retrieved (viewed) once.Don't use any print button other than the browser print and if you can take a print screen of the email first. If your email client has a "preview" mode you will probably need to printscreen from the preview as when you click to read the email it will become void

It takes about 12 hours to get the coupon after submitting an email address.

Use "private browsing mode" and you can watch the video again and add another email address. You can also try using gmail + address where you enter "USER+peiweei1@gmail.com" or something which should allow for unlimitted coupons to one email address.
