Please go to the following website: http://mydishvalue.rewardpromo.com/ Where it says: **Enter the confirmation code here** Copy the "Tracking ID" in to this area. I have accessed the site and it is active. When the Amazon rebate is in the "Approved" stage, and you can view your submission. Copy the "Tracking ID" from this site to the redeem site! Try to enter it with and without the dashes. Please let me know if you are still having difficulties and I will need your account or phone number to assist you further. Thank you! |

I didn't get in on the $200gc, but got the $100 promo and these instructions worked wonderfully. I'd been seeing premium approved for a couple of weeks now and had no idea this was available or how it would work.

I now understand why nobody is happy with Dish Network
I ended up getting my $200 code by bugging web-rebates. Dish Network was useless with regard to getting the $200 Amazon Gift Gard. They tried, but failed. I suspect it was because neither web-rebates nor Dish Network had hashed everything out about the program when I signed up.My install was supposed to be temporary until the ground thawed. Due to my large amount of very large trees near my house, they wouldn't use a western-arc 1000.4 dish pointed through the trees (even though there was a Dish 500 that was connected and working using this same method). They didn't bring equipment with them to dig across my driveway and ~200' into the middle of my yard to put a pole in that would allow it to reach over the tree canopy. I told them I didn't want to trench across my driveway and yard in December as it'd be hard on my trencher (I have a gas powered trencher) and I didn't want to deal with my driveway being a mess all winter. Their suggestions were: String the cable across the driveway through the trees. Lay the cable across the driveway. Put a temporary dish stand in the middle of my yard on the SW corner of my house and point through the trees. All three solutions were temporary and they were supposed to have someone come back in the Spring to fix it. I said I had no problem with that and I would even trench it as long as someone came by and peaked the dish and left me enough cable to get to the house. We even agreed on the new location. I marked it with a steel rod. I said I would put a 6"x6"x8' in the ground there to mount to. They ended up pointing an eastern-arc dish through the trees. They put it on one of those temporary stands/roof platforms with concrete blocks. Well, the Hickories and Red Oaks are getting their leaves. I lost satellite reception Friday. Dish Network informed me they would be happy to send someone to move the dish for $145. I'm not impressed at all. Dish Network might just be the worst company I've dealt with between the bait-and-switch with the Amazon Gift card and the shoddy installation. I have no intention of paying Dish Network anything but my monthly programming premium because as far as I'm concerned it was never properly installed. The Sling Adapter is only compatible with a ViP722 or Hopper receivers but you can have more than one sling on an account. Just keep in mind that if using both slings simultaneously, they will be sharing the same internet connection and it may slow the streaming down.
