a few weeks ago the 46' version was for 599 at my local fry's (campbell, ca), and I did not see any crowds. I have a 32' version, and i'm liking it. A cool tv if you can say out loud "i don't care about 3d or 240 Hz refresh rate"

How much did upay for the 32"? I am looking for that size for the reception room in my office. Thanks.

I paid 399 plus 10 or so for shipping. That was about half a year ago. Shipped from TigerDirect. Search this site, you should see a few more recent deals for the same price with free shipping.

Note that GTV version 2.0 has been rolled, so it greatly improved overall feel for the device. Can't say anything about "lag" since we only watch stuff from netflix, youtube (in 1080) and such.

the 32" version for $399 is standard price...can be had anytime or day for that price
i dont think the 40" for $599 is so hot, if anything the ad saying it was for $799 was the wrong part

can you comment more about GTV 2.0? still cant connect to hulu right?

does DLNA work on this tv and play ANY of the usual formats? (XVID, MKV, etc?)

does gtv 2.0 have marketplace?

Nope just business as usual, only thing that would make it a stand out is if it was a google tv, but even then 599.00 is no bargain. I also have to agree that LED is a scam, I like the effect it has and the energy savings are nice, but the flashlighting ruins most screens (even on the high end) it's becoming painfully clear that with companies like RCA, Phillips, Westinghouse to name a few going over to almost exclusively LED, that the technology is not worth any more than a plasma or standard LED of similar design.

46'' at 599 was a really good price. I bought one and used for about a week and decided i wanted a 240hz tv, so i packed it up and placed on craigslist to see if i could get any buyers to avoid having to pack it into my car. I had 3 responses within an hour and actually sold it for 750 as a used tv.

I know it can stream mp4 and avi for sure.

I been eying this tv for a while. I will probably get the 46" model. Question for those that already have it, It the display glass or LCD? Some sites list it as LCD but I can definitely see a reflection in the reviews.
