The 'time posted' on front page deals is off
The time posted on the front page deals is off. It's possible that it isn't automatically adjusted for your time zone, in which case, perhaps it should have the three letter abbreviation (e.g. "EST") after it in order to indicate just where it was X o'clock when the item was posted. For example: On the top front page deal right now, "Quiznos Buy 1 Sub And 2 Drinks Get 1 Sub Free Coupon", listed beneath it is "Posted: 10/20/06 2:10pm". However, if I go to the appropriate forum thread for that deal, the time changes to "Today, 05:01 PM", which (for me) is correct. The minutes are off too (one says 10, the other 1), but that can just be the time from when the deal was posted, to when it was put on the front page. Spreading glee throughout the world, one freebie at a time... Ever wanna mummify your pet chihuahua? Barbeque your next-door neighbor? Take a whiz while roaring down route 66? Well now you can. For free. ![]() ¿Something new soon? |
