Costco coupon starts today. Yesterday the online price was $169.99, so I thought the $30 coupon would take it down to $139.99-- but today it dropped to $149.99 - $30 instant coupon = $119.99!

Cuisinart Elite 12-Cup Food Processor, $119.99 at Costco online [costco.com]

Note: The item page says it's the PowerPrep Plus version, but the coupon, user manual and the picture are for the Elite.

Comparable prices are $184 to 250 on Google Shopping [google.com]

In case you're interested, I've been researching food processors for a little while now. I chose this one because it has a 1000W motor, adjustable blade, the 4-cup mini cup for smaller jobs, the wide-mouth top so full vegetables can fit, and the cuisinart reputation (supposed to be the best name for food processors).

Yes, yesterday price at my store was $149.99. The guy knew about the coming coupon said coupon had not started yet, so just buy it and bring receipt back for price adjustment.

Good to know, I updated the title so it includes B&M. Thanks for verifying!

It's kind of confusing. Is it Elite or PowerPrep Plus. Which one is it?

Confusing , true.. even the user manual in Costco website refers it to the Elite and not the Power Prep one ..

I got the Elite one in the store. Will compare them two later to see if they are the same or not. Need to feed my kids first. Smilie
BTW, it's not the coupon, it's Mfg Instant rebate. I called and asked about price adjustment. They said just bring the receipt, they would do return/rebuy to get me $30 back.

Looks like the Elite, and a good deal to me, and I've been wanting to get one for awhile, so in for one. Thanks for posting.

Cuisinart is crap. Almost every Cuisinart we received as a wedding gift has died and their customer service could care less.

I posted this last month the price drop was to 149.99 in store and online and this month they have a $30 coupon to make it 119.99. The only difference between this one and the one in Bed, bath and beyond/Macys is that those have a case for the blades. It is the ELITE series, powerprepplus

OK, Now I have time to compare the one I got in store and the one posted on Costco website:

The black color is the Powerprep's. The red color is the Elite's one I just mention the differences only:

12-cup Lexan® work bowl 12- cup and 4-cup work bowls
Touchpad dough control with PowerPrep® metal dough blade The dough blade is plastic
One-piece Supreme® wide mouth feed tube holds whole fruits and vegetables
Touchpad fingertip controls
Stainless steel medium slicing disc (4 mm) 6-in-1 slicing disc adjusts to cut extra thin to extra thick slices
Stainless steel shredding disc Reversible shredding disc produce fine or medium shred
Chopping/mixing blade
Metal dough blade Plastic dough blade
Small and large pushers
Detachable disc stem
Spatula
How-to DVD
Instruction/Recipe book
Cleaning tool designed to aid in the cleaning of the underside of the workbowl cover, by brushing either the flat side or the brush side.

Full 10-year motor warranty

One more thing: The one I got was: Model CFP-24BCPC. Not the FP-12 st like on Amazon. Not sure how much different between them, just want to point out.

This one comes with 10 years motor warranty from MFG, and Costco adds another layer of protection here Smilie (i.e if there's any problem, just bring it back to Costco and let them deal with Cuisinart warranty policy. Smilie ) Feel better now? hug
