Droid RAZR - 249.99 YMMV B&M (w/ 2yr Contract)

I just purchased the DROID RAZR today from my local Verizon store in San Diego. I was adding onto my finance's plan as an extra line. Up-front the associate offered to take $50 off of each of our phones, as we were both upgrading to the RAZR. He didn't say why and we didn't ask. I was a new customer coming from AT&T and she was an existing customer on the verge of an upgrade.

I'm posting this here because I never saw this special on their website and the phone just went on sale today. I FULLY expected to pay $300 and was going to be glad to do it. It's currently showing for $299.99 on their website.

There were other savings along the way that he was able to get us, but they all seemed like regular accessory type deals.

Also be aware, if you sign up right now for a data plan, you'll get a 4gb plan for $30 (the cost of a 2gb plan).

I'll see if I can scan the receipt, soon. I'm already iffy about posting here as I'd rather not get flamed, but I thought it was a great deal on a brand new item.

P.S. The other RAZR thread seems to be OOS anyway, so hopefully this helps someone.
