I was so tempted to say that the prizes were not sent out nor was there a winning email sent and that I don't appreciate what they are implying, but I was like, I'll wait until I have my prize in hand.

Like me.. I haven't contacted them, and after reading what you guys have gone through, I'm afraid to. I don't want to be called a liar, a thief, or a con artist trying to shake down a free product.

Just curious why Stri-Vectin has not sent out packages with a tracking number, like all the other prizes? Surely, this would be easier to verify instead of calling the winners all liars?

The other thing that bothers me is that they said to others it's a "one-time courtesy." Well, it's a prize, so of course you only win the price once. So are they saying that I will be emailing them on another occasion saying I've won a prize, and on that occasion they're just going to call me a liar and not mail it out, but "this time" they will call me a liar, do me a favor, and mail it out? And a courtesy? It shouldn't be a courtesy, it should be their darn job!!

Yeah, that's what really annoys me. They could have simply left out the "one time courtesy" BS and said they would send a replacement. They act like we are all in this to rip them off and they are doing us all a favor this one time. Do they honestly think all these people are trying to scam them? I think they know that they messed up, but are refusing to own up to their mistake. Like someone else mentioned, this giveaway would cost them over $40,000 so it's very likely that they just didn't want to fulfill it and thought they could get away with it, hence no winning email, as they usually send.

I actually do plan on emailing them about how they treated us after I get my prize. They have always sent out their prizes with tracking numbers so I plan on asking them about that. Before calling people liars, they should have proof. This whole experience has made me lose a lot of respect for them.

Again, the whole situation could be cleared up with a simple tracking number (especially on something that expensive?!), but they never sent it and are trying to cover it up.

I got brave and sent an inquiry... we'll see what happens.

we should turn around and call them LIARS for not sending out the prizes and being RUDE about it. i have the right to give them a piece of my mind. FYI, i believe march 2012 prize is also a stri i wonder how thats going to play out.

Yes it's $40,000 retail but that's with retail mark up. Used to work at a cosmetics company.
mark up on cosmetics is obscene, so it's likely the actual worth is likely somewhere between $6,000 and $16,000 IMHO. consumers end up paying for the packaging, advertising
And R & D. starting to wonder if someone ripped off a shipment somewhere I didn't get this one but Strivectin has NEVER been nasty.
I did see Strivectin in the the clearance bin at Marshalls at Christmas time so maybe they are struggling? no excuse to be mean however.

i replied to their email about providing address, i asked for tracking info and no reply as of yet! i think they are ignoring me, see if i do business with them after this, i see now why their products are in the clearance sections, i dont know why a cream should cost $89, it probably cost them 20 cents to make it and probably 5 bucks for the bottle and 5 for box it should cost more than $15-20. i guess the greedy you get the more you want to rip people off i wouldn't buy it for $20 let alone for $89, it must do magic for my skin in order for me to shell out that kind of money. i love it when the packaging says, "use it along with....to see a notice" one product isn't enough now you need two to do the job of one, add in another $89 cream, oh and dont forget about eye cream, nose cream, butt cream, where will it end?? i sometimes wonder if these creams and lotions do ever work or we just imagine it working, and if it causes health risks in the long run with all the chemicals they use, especially the chemicals in lipsticks, check FDA site for more info on ingredience in makeup. i think its all a gimmick and fancy advertising that lads us to believe we'll look and feel younger and have smooth skin like a baby's butt, lol. aint going to happen, i say botox it, probably cheaper if you add up all those creams and lotions. just my 2 cents. fyi, i am not affiliated with the botox company, hahaha

I still have not gotten a reply from Stri-Vectin. I was nice and non-combative but I guess it didn't work.

Just checked the winners list, won 2 prizes that I haven't received the StriVectin & the Hydro Peptide Lips & Lashes. Plus my friend did not get the Bliss cream. Don't remember if I received emails for them, but I do know that I received one for the waterless shampoo. Now I have to go email these people.

Emailed three times to Strivectin and finally got response after third time. They say that packages came back to warehouse and will be reshipped this week, so by the end of next week I should get it. Looks like they found what happened and hopefully will reship ALL 500 packages to all winners. We'll see
