YMMV - Not available in California.

** This is a propane\natural gas unit that's meant to look like a wood stove.

Harbor Freight Online Link [harborfreight.com] has the Pro-Com 25,000 BTU Dual Fuel, Vent-Free, Black Stove marked down from $449.99 to $339.99. Use code SAVE20 at checkout on the price drops to $271.99. With tax ($20.02 for me) and standard 3 to 7 day shipping ($13.99) the total came out to $306 delivered to my door.

Northern Tool Link [northerntool.com] carries a similar, if not the same, model (couldn't find a match of the mfr item numbers between the sites - same look & specs) marked down from $299.99 to $269.99 but their 5 to 7 day shipping to my home is $36.17. With tax and it would be around $325.

From the Harbor Freight site:
This versatile stove can run on either propane or natural gas. Stop hassling with chopping wood and cleaning ashes.

Heats up to 1,000 sq. ft.
Built in oxygen depletion sensor pilot system

Blower sold separately. Some states prohibit the use of unvented heaters. Check local regulations. Not available in California.
Shipping Weight: 57.00 lbs.

I have this heater with the optional fan. I got it from northerntool and use it to heat my entire house. Just be sure to use some compressed air to clean out the burners before a new cold season.
