Free items for new or upgrading Costco membership

Not sure how great of a deal this may be. I am always looking for deals for new membership to Costco. This was sent to me through mypoints emails, so if you have that you may want to check so you can get 550 points as well.

It doesn't say what the and more coupons are..that I can find.

There is also a coupon that someone posted previously (sorry I can't find the thread to rep the OP) for a $20 Costco gift card for new executive members or $10 for new gold members. On the bottom of page 4.

I do not know if you can use them both together, if the coupons are mailed or not. If so, might be able to do both offers.
