New Chase.com misses the mark
I can tell they tried to streamline everything but they kind of missed the mark on this one. It looks too awkard and less professional. The fonts are proportioned wrong (the title of the accounts vs the account balance) and some account features do not load properly (when trying to access a credit card balance history). It almost looks like they rushed the interface. I personally liked the old Chase interface better. Albeit it was kind of "dated" but in a mid 2000s feel not a mid to late 1990s feel.
In retrospect, a PERFECT streamlined interface can be seen with American Express. It's clean, functional, and easy to use! Loads fast and is certainly way more professional. I almost wish American Express was an actual bank with B&Ms all over the country. I would probably switch all my assets to them.
