Enrolled on 11/15 and received this gift card email today (11/22 @ 1422): "Congratulations! Your online spending paid off. You've earned a $20 MasterCard gift card. Click on the link below to be eligible to get your MasterCard gift card, while supplies last." I bought a $200 Amazon gift card hours after enrollment opened and have spent more since.

Enrolled on 12/10, spent by 12/19, and received this gift card email today (12/20 @ 1030): "Congratulations! Your online spending paid off. You've earned a $20 MasterCard gift card. Click on the link below to be eligible to get your MasterCard gift card, while supplies last."

Enrolled on 12/21, spent by 12/30, and received this gift card email today (1/1 @ 1630): "Congratulations! Your online spending paid off. You've earned a $20 MasterCard gift card. Click on the link below to be eligible to get your MasterCard gift card, while supplies last."

In order to claim gift card: "By providing my email address, I agree to receive emails & information about the Here's to Mom program." E-mail address has to match the one you enrolled with. I tried a secondary spam account and the webpage told me to fix the error.

What is the MasterCard "Here's to Moms" Spend & Get Offer?
This offer is for MasterCard cardholders who enroll for the program then spend $200 online with their registered MasterCard card from November 15 through December 31, 2011, and then are eligible to will receive a $20 MasterCard gift card, provided that they comply with the Terms & Conditions for the program at www.mastercard.com/holiday.

Who is eligible to participate?
The offer is only open to MasterCard cardholders who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of November 15, 2011. When is the Offer Period?
The offer begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on November 15, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on December 31, 2011.

How do I enroll in the Offer?

After I enroll, what purchases on my MasterCard card qualify for an Offer Gift? How much do I have to spend to get an Offer Gift?
MasterCard card purchases made online during the Offer Period qualify toward the Offer Gift. Entrants must spend $200 or more to qualify – this $200 spend can be made within one or cumulative purchases online.

Account adjustment transactions/returns, offline, PIN-based and international transactions, late payment fees, over-limit or over-draft fees, return check fees, check re-order fees, cash advances, ATM fees, annual fees, balance transfers and/or other fees assessed on your account are ineligible toward $200 qualifying Offer spend threshold. After I enroll, will all online purchases I have made using my MasterCard card from the beginning of the Offer Period qualify?
Only online MasterCard card purchases made after you enroll will qualify for this Offer. Purchases will not be retroactively tracked back to the start of the Offer Period.

If I enroll and spend $200 online with my MasterCard card more than once, can I receive additional Offer Gifts?
No. There is a limit of (1) Gift per person, email address or per MasterCard card account number, as applicable, for the duration of the Offer Period. Additional online purchase transactions in excess of first $200 threshold will not qualify for additional Offer Gifts.

What is the Offer Gift? What are the 'other gifts' that are mentioned?
The Offer Gifts are (1) a $20 MasterCard gift card. MasterCard gift card restrictions may apply – please view the gift card enclosure for complete details.

(2) If the (80,000) Offer Gift threshold is met before the 12/31/11 Offer End Date, Sponsor will award the next (10,000) eligible recipients a 1-year subscription to a magazine title to be designated by Sponsor. If the (80,000) Offer Gift threshold is not hit, these other gifts will not be awarded.

How will my Offer Gift be sent? How long does it take?
Offer Gift redemption instructions will be emailed to eligible recipients within approximately (1) week following $200 MasterCard online purchase threshold completion. The email will contain a link to the Redemption Form where you must provide your complete Gift shipping address and other relevant details, including your registered email address. MasterCard gift card recipients should allow (1)–(2) weeks following submission of the Redemption Form to receive your gift card via USPS First Class mail. Magazine subscriptions will be mailed to eligible recipients beginning with the 2/2012 issue of the magazine and concluding after (12) issues.

How many Offer Gifts are being awarded?
Gift quantities are limited. There will be a maximum of (80,000) Offer Gifts awarded to the first (80,000) qualifying MasterCard cardholders who register, make qualifying transaction(s) toward Offer spend threshold, and complete the Redemption Form.

There will be a maximum total of (10,000) magazine subscriptions mailed to eligible recipients in the event the (80,000) Offer Gift threshold is met before 12/31/11.

Important Information About Using Your MasterCard® or Visa® Prepaid Card
•Know your available balance - If you are unsure of your balance, refer to the website on the front of this carrier or call 1-800-242-3725.
•At the register - Give the card to the cashier and sign the receipt, or push credit on the keypad and sign. Although the front of the card states "debit," this prepaid reward card does not come with a PIN and your purchase will be declined if you press debit on the key pad.
•Purchases for more than the card value- If there is not sufficient value on the card to pay for your purchase, depending on the merchant's policy you may be able to pay the difference with a 2nd form of payment, such as a credit or debit card, cash, or check. Tell the cashier you will be using a MasterCard or Visa prepaid reward card for a portion of the payment, and how much you will pay with each form of payment at the beginning of the transaction.
•Purchase declines - The card must contain sufficient funds for the full value of the purchase including tip. If a purchase is declined even though you have sufficient funds, please call Card Services at 1-800-242-3725.
•Gas stations - Pay-at-the-pump card terminals immediately verify that there are enough funds on your card to complete a transaction of $75.00; the amount for a common purchase of gas. If your card does not have enough money to pay for this amount, it may be declined. If your remaining balance is less than $75.00 and you would like to spend it on a fuel purchase, we recommend that you pay for your purchase inside at the merchant's cash register.
•Restaurants, taxis, salons, etc. - When using your MasterCard or Visa prepaid reward card to initiate a transaction with a merchant where a tip or room charges may be included, be sure your balance is sufficient to cover an additional 15-20% above your total bill. If the bill, plus the estimated tip, exceeds the available balance on the card, the purchase will be declined. The actual amount charged to your card will not exceed the amount of the bill plus the tip you add. The actual tip amount is at your discretion.
•Hotel or car rental reservations - To avoid a hold on your available funds, use a personal credit card for hotel or car rental reservations. Then use your MasterCard or Visa prepaid reward card when you settle the transaction.
