Sakura Wars for PS2, $10 at Amazon with FSSS
Almost OOS already, but anyway... Amazon has Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love Premium Edition for the Playstation 2 for $10 with Free Super Saver Shipping (FSSS). [amazon.com]
There is also a Wii version, but it's considerably more expensive at the moment and lacks the option for Japanese voices.
Finally, in case you didn't read the description above, this game is for Japanese Strategy RPG fans. If you are a hard core Call of Duty fan, don't bother
