Kindle Keyboard 3g w/offers question

You can use any Android Tablet on that link you know. But sounds like you need a e-reader with tablet hybrid features and 3g.

I know - I am looking into kindle primarily for it's free 3g internet as it comes out far cheaper than a contract for cell / smart phone in the long run. As a single, disabled mom running my own business in this economy, I need all the savings I can get.

Since no one replied, I went ahead on tried it on my wifi connection. The mobile site loaded really fast, tried entering an ISBN (steve jobs autobiography) and the search results came up instantly. I don't think 3g will be as fast, but since your going to the mobile version of site and it's all text w/ no images you should be fine.

One note though, the kindle keyboard doesn't have any hard number keys. You have press the "Sym" key and use the 5 way controller to enter your ISBN (screen shot below)
