Query: Can posting a pic of a woman in conventional shorts and a tank top covering 99% of the breasts garner a warning?

Answer: Yes.


The rules on this really need to be refined. The system is unpredictable and highly subjective - too subjective.

Maybe (and I say this in all seriousness) no images of humans in anything other than burkas should be allowed on SD.

Consider this:

You are a manager, and walk by an employee's office. (S)He happens to have that thread open to that very large pic of a gorgeous blond washing a car.

It doesn't matter if the girl was 99% covered or not. The fact is that we need to be able to keep SD work friendly. Not everyone has a cool boss that would let a pic like that slide.

I can agree with this 100%, but not every edit/deletion deserves a warning.

That's what a warning is to me. You have to get 10 to get your first 7 day ban, I think, so it doesn't seem too bad.

Yes, there are. I rarely use them, but some of the other mods do.

If I'm going to take the time to issue a warning, that warning is going to count.
