Anyone know why THQ automatically adds the EDS (Extended Download Service) to your cart for a PS3 game? There currently is NO Saints Row 3 download available, only physical copies. Why would they automatically add that to your cart?

Nevermind, answered it myself. If you go for SR3 or the other new game, they give you a $20 in store coupon code (which comes with a pdf including instructions). For some reason, the PDF automatically triggers this $5 EDS item in the cart, essentially allowing you to download the coupon instructions (not the coupon code itself) for 2 years after your purchase.

Waxin' much? Get an extra $5 on people's orders who didn't bother to look at their cart and figure this out before purchasing.

I purchased Space Marines for XBox 360 on this deal and they sent me the PS3 version. When I contacted customer service, (after waiting 15 minutes on the phone) they told me to wait for an email in the next 48-72 hours. Five minutes later, I got an email that said to send it back for a refund and that I could order the version I wanted "at my convenience." So... I'm supposed to pay for shipping AND pay full price for the XBox 360 version?? Called them again. Waited for 15 minutes again. Told me to wait for an email again. That was yesterday afternoon. Still waiting ...
