JLab Hi-Fi Noise-Reducing Ear Buds $9.99 - $14.99

I'm pretty sure those Jbuds are always around that price. A year or so back I picked up a couple sets at around $15.99 for the J2s.

For sound, I thought they were great, and the rubber tips are thin. This is both good and bad- good because they are probably the most comfortable rubber inserts I have ever used. Bad because they are so thin that they don't isolate as well as other headphones I've used.

My major concern is the quality in the builds. I bought 5 sets; one set for me and 4 sets for my mom. Mine didn't have issues for about a year and then the right ear gave out. My mom went through all 4 of her sets in about 3 months. 2 of the sets wrecked were her own fault (she seriously drove her car over one set...) but the other two just kicked the bucket w/o her doing anything. Maybe she's just rougher on her headphones than i am, since mine lasted a year of constant use, but 2 in a row seems a little suspicious.

What JLabs lacks in quality, however, they tend to make up in service. All I did was email them and explain they were bad, and provided proof of purchase, and Jlabs sent me 4 new sets promptly. Their service was absolutely top notch.

Do I think these sound good? yes! Do I think this is a super stellar deal? No. Regardless- TU Op.
