Either way, everything is refundable as long as you refund 72 hours prior to your arrival date so I usually book ahead and if there's a cheaper rate, i just rebook and cancel initial reservation.

I basically want the cheapest price and none of these prices are coming up. for example the flamingo is 103 per night for me not 20.48 for the dates I want. Is this date specific or only a few rooms available at this price? or do I have to call them and book it via the phone with the promo code?

First off, keep in mind a 2-room suite is always going to cost more than 2 rooms.

That said, if by "2-room suite" you mean two separate rooms (living room and bedroom), THEhotel is likely one of the best bets. The suites are gorgeous, the bed is very comfortable. If you only need a King bed, spring for the V-Suite, which is only a few bucks more generally, which has a great view while laying in bed.

If you need an actual 2-bedroom suite, with a separate living area, PH Towers offers a decent rate if you don't mind a condo style place; if not, Mandalay Bay generally has a great price on their X2 Suite (two King bedrooms) and X3 Suite (one King bedroom and one dual Queen bedroom).

THEhotel and Mandalay Bay are pretty far down the Strip (the south end), but the price jumps quite a bit if you want a center Strip 2BR suite.
