I bought one of these when it was at the same price from Newegg. It was great but its stopped working in less than a month.. HB customer service sucks and their warranty is useless. Because I bought it for this price the CS lady offered me a cheap $12 grill if I cut the plug off my defect unit and send it to them. I went back for Newegg, they were professional and offered me a full refund without the need of any plugs.
I like Newegg but I suggest you stay away from Hamilton Beach |
