We know, we know, you've heard from us already, but we decided there's no good way to do this so we're just going to let you know what happened.

Yesterday we emailed you because we thought you had tried to place an order on Cybermonday when our site was having so much trouble. Turns out you did place an order, and we should've properly thanked you for sticking it out and doing the impossible when our site fought you the whole way.

See, Michael, our data monkey pictured at right, swapped the lists so you got the wrong message. It's that simple. So we'd like to apologize--none more than Michael!--for not giving you your due yesterday. We really, really appreciate your fortitude in placing your order on Monday, and we didn't take it lightly.
