cowboom return policy

Hey guys, anyone ever bought and return anything from cowboom.com? How does the return policy work? I recently bought a phone from them but realized the carrier was off and was not unlockable.

In order for me to return it, it must be in similar condition as when sent with all accessories it came with, a valid RMA number, and within 30 days.

http://www.cowboom.com/404.cfm?40...14/Returns

On number 5, it said:
"Items returned must use our carrier (and shipping label) to qualify for free return shipping."

Does it mean I return it using the same package? If so, I guess to UPS since they were the one to delivered it to me?

Hopefully, someone can answers all my question. Thanks!

It just means they'll generate a return shipping label for you. If you want to use the same box, fine, doesn't matter. What they're concerned about is that you return it using the label THEY generate, not something YOU generate.

Last time I used Cowboom, I had a return as well. Couldn't have been easier. I just did the RMA online, it generated a UPS label, and I dropped it off at the nearest UPS store (e.g., Staples, even a driver will take it).

"That means that no matter how we reform health care, we will keep this promise to the American people: If you like your doctor, you will be able to keep your doctor, period. If you like your health care plan, you'll be able to keep your health care plan, period. No one will take it away, no matter what."

Contact the company? It varies and sometimes you can get them to pay for shipping I would assume.

I bought an iPad Air last week for my daughter. I knew it was used but man it is used!!

What is the return policy on these? Will I be charged?

I thought saving $130 by getting a used AIR was worth it but not sure now.
