I have two different emails signed up-and I got one of each email-one for the free animal and one for the winter wishes teddy. I wish they both got the free animal!

I got this too....did anyone get one for each child? I'm asking because it had one of my daughter's names on the email. EVERY time we get any kind of promo email for birthdays or otherwise, I have to email BuildaBear and ask for a second one. They always cheerfully send it. I have had this issue with other companies, too. The computer automatically deletes one of our accounts because I have two daughters with the same birthdays. They assume it's a double entry, whereas they are actually twins. Heaven knows we spend enough with them to get twice the coupons....
