A month or two ago we picked up a 60in LCD from Fry's and they had a DirecTV sales rep offering a $200 Fry's gift card if you signed up for DirecTV while buying a new TV.

I ran the numbers and decided to pull the trigger. Two month's later, I follow the rep's instructions to go to a URL on DirecTV.com and print off the form.

The URL [directv.com]is dead.

I spent two hours calling DirecTV and Frys last night and both of them keep telling me to call the other person to get the right URL.

What should I do now? The $200 gift card was a huge selling point and I don't want to have it expire because some douches can't get me the right form.....

make sure you login with your DirectTV account

What an ordeal. DirecTV couldn't provide the rebate form, Fry;s couldn't provide it either. Had to call the marketing company that staffed the sales people to get the damn form. Postmarked on the last day too :p

Do you have the phone number, or a copy of the form to upload
forward a link maybe?
