PenFed Amex - 20,000 Points with $650 spend in 3 mo/No annual fee/5x airfare points/4.99% APR no fee BT 24 mos
Pentagon Federal Credit Union offers the PenFed Premium Travel Rewards American Express®. You do need to be a PenFed member - you can find how to become one in most other penfed threads on this site.

Benefits:
20,000 bonus points with $650 spend in first 3 months (~$200 value)
5x points on airfare
No annual fee
No foreign transaction fee
4.99% promotional rate for 24 months on balance transfers with no BT fee, for transfers made through December 31, 2011.
Also, if you spend $15k annually, you get airport premium lounge access.
Also, normal other benefits like travel insurance, roadside assistance, concierge, etc. Car rental coverage is worldwide, with no apparent exclusions for Ireland and Israel, unlike Visa/MC/Discover that usually exclude those.
NOTE: These are not normal AMEX Membership Rewards points. This is PenFed's own "PenFed Premium Rewards." I'm guessing it's not as good a program, but you can browse certain redemption options at https://www.penfedpremiumrewards....px?id=home and you'll see that giftcards are redeemable for the "normal" 100 points per dollar rate.
May not be as good as certain other cards, but getting about $0.05 back per $1.00 spent on airfare with no limit is pretty good, considering this is not a "revolving" category.
