Meh, picked up a 64gb for $349 from Verizon about 5 months ago..... this is hardly a good deal. If it were the ipad 2 it would be smokin'

Yeah, it was pretty good. Came out to like $385 with tax and shipping and my hubby was happy with it. Funny thing is I got a touchpad back in August when they were $99 and $149 and for what we use them for (surfing the net, angry birds, etc.) I really don't think these tablets should be more than $300 period! Especially because most people have smart phones, laptops, desktops, etc.... it's just overkill when you really think about it. My touch pad is over in the corner not being used and the ipad is sitting on the fireplace mantle...yep, not being used. I surf and type mostly on my laptop because I like the full sized keyboard and the 17" screen
