I know this freebie won't be for everyone but it works well for me. I got tired of trying to do a google search of phone numbers only to get pages of useless search results - most of which end up with an advertisment to some pay service. But I've used http://tnid.us/ for free for a couple months now and the results have actually been pretty good.

If someone has a better or comparable free service they know of please share a link.

impressive, it appears that it also tracks wireless devices (appears to be GSM only) as well. Thumbs up and reps.

Thanks. It looks like the land line ID's are fairly current. The cell numbers seem to have a more accurate location if you click the "Check Availability" link which is to an Intelius ad but gives the proper city. I've used Intelius in the past and their records are not always that great though.

Cool. I checked someone's number which came up with wrong info on another site & this was accurate.
Then I checked my own & was able to call & delete the info. For that I say Thanks.

lol, I entered my cell number (AT&T) and my name came up. However, I entered my GF's Verizon Wireless number and it just said Verizon Wireless Subscriber.

I've been using cidlookup.com just for some quick references here and there.
This site seems like the same exact layout except with a different color scheme.

Whitepages.com is also another good one for information referencing.

Seems pretty accurate when it comes to current carrier. Esp since I checked a number that was just ported yesterday.
