Promotion Period: 12:00 p.m. ET on 12/7/11 and 11:59 a.m. ET on 2/29/12.

Open to those who are 21 years or older at time of entry and legal, current residents of the 49 U.S. (residents of California are excluded from participation) and District of Columbia.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address during each Registration Period, as shown in the table below, regardless of whether more than one person uses the same e-mail address. A new entry must be submitted each week.

Prizes: There will be a total of twelve (12) winners, one each Registration Period (as defined below), in the sweepstakes. Each winner will receive one (1) $25 gift card good only at Wine.com, (1) VIP coupon for complimentary BUITONI® Frozen Meal for Two (up to $9.99), and (2) VIP coupons for complimentary BUITONI® Refrigerated Pasta or Any Size Sauce Up To 15 oz. (up to $4.49, each). Retail Value: $43.97. Total Retail Value of all prizes awarded: $527.64.

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing, held on the dates shown below, from among all eligible entries received during the previous one-week registration period. Names are not carried over from one registration period to the next, so entrants must re-register during each Registration Period for a chance to win.
