CyberPower CP1350PFCLCD UPS 1350VA 810W PFC Compatible Pure Sine Wave $157.99 shipped
So my trusty APC battery backup UPS had decided to die on me - actually the battery died, but the unit may still be functional. Instead of ordering overpriced replacement battery for my unit, I have looked at UPS that produce pure sine wave. I have come across Cyberpower CP1350PFCLCD UPS 1350VA 810W listed on Amazon for $157.99 shipped. Here is the link:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/...00_details
or for those who are looking for more power, here is 1500VA 900W model for $186.99 shipped:
http://www.amazon.com/CyberPower-...=pd_cp_e_1
Newegg.com sells 1350VA 810W for $189.99 and 1500VA 900W version for $229.99.
These have excellent reviews and even youtube video posted online:

I have decided to go with 1350VA version, because it did not seem very much justifiable extra $30 for only 150VA 90W extra. Otherwise, the units are identical.
