Denied.
Here's what the post card said:
They didn't even ask for me to email or mail them copies of my original shipment, they just took my word for it. I feel sorry for all the others that got screwed.

Went through online chat via
http://www.support.philips.com/su...Country=us First guy said any coupon used would invalidate the rebate. I told them that my form didn't specify this. But he ended the chat right after I said it (I think by mistake). Second guy offered me a pack (2 or 3) of brush heads instead of the rebate. Said ok to that. Soon got an email showing a 2 pack of compact heads. meh Maybe if you call you can get a better chance of cash back. HTH |

I sent in two. The first one I got with no problem about a month ago, but the second one I had to call because it wasn't in their system.
It is being sent at the moment. Don't understand the denials. |

WOW. I just got the 10 rebate today!!! Only took them about 5 months to send it! I forgot all about it! I bought this as a xmas gift! lol
