Amazon has it for $99 with the three game package right now. Most major retailers have had it at the $99 price at some time since Black Friday. If you want more games, you may want to get the Xbox 250gb w/out kinect bundle, and the kinect bundle separately. Probably depends on the age of the kids (or adults) who plan to play the game. The xbox bundle comes with Halo Reach and Fable III. Personally, I bought them as separate items on black friday at the Microsoft store ($299 aand $99 respectively). I would definitely recommend the 250gb console, since upgrading it later will likely cost you around $70-$90, and if you use it as a media player, you'll want the additional memory.
